Alvastra Abbey (12-16th century)

Posted by
Albert (Sweden, living in Mechelen, Belgium) on 18 November 2011 in Landscape & Rural.

The misty parts were masked in from one the original raws used for the HDR. Applied some softening. Cloned away a small tourist sign. Curves, etc.

Fine work Albert, I quite like the softening, and the greens are showing nicely without being over illuminated.
I can imagine how grand it was before its demise.

@franz: Thanks Franz. The abbey is close to Linköping in Sweden, more exactly here.

This is brilliant, indeed. You and Jack both are pros at this mastery of photography. What great eyes you both have.
