Cathédrale St-Pierre, Geneva

A wide angle shot inside a church is an almost classical HDR photo, and I couldn't resist it last Saturday when I spent a few hours in Geneva city. No local adjustments today, only Photomatrix Pro and some contrast, brightness and saturation adjustments.

Great subject for HDR treatment Albert, but I'd probably like to see the colour temperature reduced a little. Fabulous frame though.

@Curly: Thanks for the comment and feedback Curly! it is very likely that I agree with you, since it goes along my suspicion. I need to check when I come home. Anyway, I wlll already try to process the next photo (on my laptop) a bit colder. The temperature tepend on the viewing angle of my screen :)

The color is so tweaked that it looks more like an illustration. I like it but like curly I'd like to see it maybe a bit more natural, too. This is a stunning composition by the way. Perfect.

I agree with Curly on the colour temp, but its still stunning. Do they charge you enterance. I've to pay a fiver to get into my local Cathedral, while in some of the more iconic ones, they don't let you shoot at all!

@DaveB: Thanks Dave" I tried to reprocess last weekend, but lowering the temp only a little bit made me dissatisified, maybe I just got used to current look. In Hamburg I have a same similar problem as you. Either they are renovating the churches or they do not allwo me to take photos. In this Geneva chathedral there were no problems.
