The Port of Dreams

Sorry that I de-mystify the title and the photo, but this is one of the buildings (No. 2 obviously) of the emigration museum in Hamburg. It is build on the ground of the former Ballin's city (Ballinstadt). Albert Ballin built a whole city for the emigrants who were preparing to leave from Europe to USA between 1850-1939. This was the Port of Dreams. (Note the mirror symmetry between the doors. I like that.)

Great capture here. I love how the only thing that is exposed is the building and that the area that surrounds is jet black, providing no distractions, keeping the focus on the building. A nice warm light, too.
